1. What we collect
The brand/name and optional category and city you enter for a scan; your email if you choose to provide it; and basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page views, scans run). We do not collect sensitive personal data.
2. How we use it
To run your scan, deliver and email your report, send monitoring alerts you opt into, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
3. AI processing
The brand/name you enter is sent to AI model providers to generate the analysis. Do not enter confidential information you would not want processed by an AI model.
4. Your rights (DPDP / GDPR)
You can request access to or deletion of your data at getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. We retain scan data only as long as needed to provide the service.
5. Cookies
We use minimal, functional storage (e.g. your theme preference) and aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
