Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deep Report (one-time)
If a paid Deep Report fails to generate due to a technical fault on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately, refunds for successfully delivered reports are at our discretion — contact us within 7 days if you are unsatisfied.
2. Monitoring subscription
You can cancel monthly monitoring any time from your customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; the current period is not pro-rated.
3. How to request
Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your order ID. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe.
